31 Aug 2026Saville CapitalIMRHeldSaville Capital continues to hold Imricor Medical Systems Inc (ASX: IMR) after Philips issued a Third-Party Product Compatibility Declaration for its interventional MR products used with Philips MR systems. Saville notes this was the final step allowing Imricor's NorthStar mapping and guidance system to operate commercially with Philips scanners, enabling collaboration at sites including the German Heart Center of Charité in Berlin. Children's Medical Center Dallas also agreed to buy NorthStar, becoming the second US commercial hospital customer two weeks after launch, and its existing Philips iMR lab means procedures can start quickly. Several more US hospitals, not only children's hospitals, are in final purchasing stages, with an opportunity of over 250 children's and 2,000 adult hospitals in the US alone.
31 Aug 2026Saville CapitalBIOHeldSaville Capital continues to hold Biome Australia Ltd (ASX: BIO) after it signed an exclusive cross-border e-commerce distribution heads of agreement with H&S Global to launch its Activated Probiotics range in China. Saville notes H&S Global has a record of scaling international health brands in Chinese CBEC. China is the world's largest probiotics market, worth about US$10.8B in 2025 and forecast to reach US$29.3B by 2033. Products sold via CBEC avoid Blue Hat registration if on the positive list, letting Biome enter without registration, reformulation or capex. Its move to onshore manufacturing with a GMP-licensed Australian producer strengthens provenance appeal. Saville believes the FY27 launch could materially lift sales and supports implied FY27 revenue guidance of $32.7m, up 37%.
Saville Capital is a boutique Melbourne-based fund manager wholly owned by its principal, Jonathan Collett, a chartered accountant with a research background at Goldman Sachs and Ord Minnett. The firm runs the Saville Capital Emerging Companies Fund, investing in ASX and NZX-listed companies outside the top 100/20 index respectively, targeting businesses either early in their growth phase before the market has priced their potential, or temporarily overlooked and mispriced by mainstream managers and brokers. Saville also runs a Pre-IPO Fund investing in unlisted companies expected to list within six to twelve months. Both funds are restricted to wholesale and sophisticated investors, reflecting the firm's focus on higher-risk, less-covered opportunities.
